Secrets: why do we have them? And why do we keep them?

   
   "I don’t have secrets,” is the classic response when asked the question “what is your secret?”  While some people may actually believe this, it usually isn’t true.

 Everyone has secrets, whether they choose to admit it or not.  Our secrets are funny, shocking, deep, hurtful, and sad (the list could go on). No matter what adjective your secrets pertain to, every secret has a story, and every secret holds a piece of its owner....

Sharing Secrets

When people send in their secrets, Frank Warren sends back inspiration and hope. 



 
   It seems that the only people one can trust nowadays is themselves, and in many cases they cannot even trust themselves; they simply are their own worst enemy. We live life with secrets and these secrets over time build up walls, hold in emotions, and hide one’s true self. Secrets have the power to save a people or ruin them and their very being.
